Who we are

Callejero is a Spanish-immersion practice app. This policy describes what data the service handles and why. Questions or requests: 1:277298120287:web:1a677a526bb2461c587dea.

Account data

Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). We store your account identifier and email address to identify your account. We never see or store your password; Google or Firebase handles credentials.

Your learning data

The product is built on your history, so we store it in your account: conversation turns and their corrections, listening results, saved phrases and patterns, flashcards and review history, lessons and test attempts, settings, and usage metering for your plan. This data exists to run the features (for example, lessons are generated from your own logged corrections). It is never shown to other users.

Third-party processors

What we don't do

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists so the app can keep building on your history. Email 1:277298120287:web:1a677a526bb2461c587dea from your account address and we will delete your account and all associated learning data. Backups roll off on their own schedule shortly after.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a new date.
