Terms of service
Last updated: August 2026
The service
Callejero is a subscription web app for practising Spanish through AI-generated scenes, listening exercises, vocabulary tools and lessons. Content in the app (characters' lines, corrections, clips, lessons) is generated by AI models and may contain errors; it is a practice partner, not an authority, and not professional language certification.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Plans, limits and billing
Each plan includes stated monthly and daily usage limits (shown on the pricing page and metered in the app). When a limit is reached, new scenes, clips, decks and lessons pause until it resets; reviews and everything already in your account keep working. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to extract the underlying models or prompts at scale, no automated scraping of generation endpoints, no use that breaks the law, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us the licence needed to process it through the service (including the processors named in the privacy policy) to provide the features.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for what you say in a real bar in Madrid after practising here.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy for data deletion). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Questions: 1:277298120287:web:1a677a526bb2461c587dea.
